Environmental Planning We are regularly involved in projects that require the preparation of constraints evaluations and Environmental Statements and both co-ordinate Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEAs) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and undertake specialist impact assessments as part of a team. The Practice advises on Government policy, undertakes feasibility studies and strategic planning studies, and prepares guidance and landscape policies at national, regional and local level. We produce integrated land management plans; brownfield site assessments; location capacity studies for renewable energy; green infrastructure strategies; and undertake sustainability appraisals and strategies. We provide expert witness at public inquiries, hearings and examinations in public for local development frameworks, planning appeals, tribunals and court hearings. |
